Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Field Supervisor to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Toronto, Ontario!

Job Duties

:

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Patrolling and monitoring designated areas to ensure compliance on policies and procedures Orient new/existing guards working on the assigned locations Mentor, motivate, coach and train all new and existing guards Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents Performance administrative duties as required

Requirements:

A valid Ontario security license Hold a valid Ontario G-License with a clean abstract Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Ability to drive for long periods of time up to 8 hours. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Can stay alert at all times Ability to respond well to emergency situations
