As Crop Nutrien Merchant, the successful candidate will be responsible for the expansion of P&H\xe2\x80\x99s Crop Nutrient business.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Work with Senior Management and retail facilities on the execution of strategic sales plans specific to Crop Nutrients.
• Coordinate procurement, supply chain and logistics with appropriate departments.
• Work with the retail locations to establish consistent and competitive pricing.
• Responsible for ensuring inventory requirements align with monthly forecasting.
• Drive the development of specialty nutrition portfolios.

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a key role in an agriculturally based business.
• Strong knowledge of Crop Nutrients.
• Experience in sales and/or consulting role.
• A degree or diploma in agriculture is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with high level Excel skills.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence is required.
