Your Role
As a Crop Inputs Service Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the location, while strengthening existing customer relationships through a high standard of customer service.Day to Day

• Prospecting and new business development
• Fostering and developing customer relationships
• Contributing to the success of the Crop Inputs business through strategic planning
• Assist in operations and administrative duties as required in order to meet customer needs
• Collaborating with other business areas and departments, as required

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in an Agriculture related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business
• Experience in dealing with agricultural producers
• Knowledge of the crops in the area and crop protection solutions
• Sales and customer service skills with the ability to execute on plans resulting in revenue generation
• P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset
• Valid driver\'s license is required
