CRM Marketing Manager
Toronto, Hybrid
This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide guidance and best practices to the global CRM team on how to configure Salesforce, Marketo, and surrounding tools to launch B2B marketing campaigns.
• Support the B2B marketing team both within and outside of Marketo on custom objects, Salesforce sync, API pipelines, campaign operations, and other integral campaign-impacting features.
• Building reports, dashboards, and automated smart lists for stakeholders to gain key insights.
• Help train the team on reporting best practices and what KPI's marketing should be tracking.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3 years proven experience as a CRM Manager
• Experienced in Marketo and Salesforce
• Able to provide Marketo architectural and solutions support to the B2B marketing team
• Experience in helping to launch central/global initiatives/processes to ensure consistency and compliance
• Able to advise on audience targeting as well as re-targeting and form abandonment/exit strategy
