We're looking for a CRM & Campaign Analyst to transform customer data into meaningful insights that enhance engagement, fuel personalization, and strengthen loyalty. You'll join a collaborative Digital Marketing team focused on driving retention, optimizing lifecycle journeys, and elevating how we communicate with our customers across channels.

The
CRM & Campaign Analyst
is responsible for building, analyzing, and optimizing customer journeys that drive engagement and lifetime value.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager,
this role manages segmentation, testing, reporting, and journey development across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and passionate about personalization--comfortable navigating complex data, building actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in shaping Chatters' customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies.
What You Will Do

Customer Lifecycle & Journey Optimization
Develop and optimize customer lifecycle journeys from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
Build and enhance cross-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud leveraging behavioral, transactional, and engagement data.
Use dynamic content and personalization to elevate experiences across email, SMS, and digital channels.
Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improved retention.

Segmentation, Targeting & Personalization
Manage customer segmentation in Salesforce Data Cloud to support targeted, personalized campaigns.
Apply data-driven insights to power smarter campaign targeting and message relevance.
Ensure compliance with communication frequency guidelines and CASL requirements.

Testing, Insights & Analytics
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests (content, offers, timing, subject lines) to optimize engagement.
Deliver performance reporting through GA4, Salesforce, and Tableau, turning data into actionable recommendations.
Provide insights for CRM, loyalty, and franchise reporting to support decision-making across the business.
Monitor industry trends in personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer analytics to continuously enhance strategy.

Work closely with CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, and cross-functional partners to drive data-informed campaigns.
Contribute to retention strategy through insights and optimization recommendations.
Maintain documentation and support compliance standards across CRM processes.
Who You Are
---------------
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing data analysis.
3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/lifecycle platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Proficiency in GA4, Tableau, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
Expertise in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.
Collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for customer insights, digital marketing, and retail/beauty.
Knowledge of CASL and PIPEDA is an asset.
Retail or beauty industry experience is an asset.
