Job Description

Our Crisis Intervention Counselors play a key role in supporting adults living with mental illness in a residential setting.

In this position, you will conduct mental health assessments, provide crisis intervention, and deliver brief treatment services to a diverse client population. You will also make appropriate care recommendations and coordinate linkage to ongoing treatment and community supports.

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, with strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to high-quality client care.

This position requires non-traditional work hours (shift work, rotational schedule, 24/7 operation, weekends, evenings, holidays).

Currently hiring for both full-time and casual part-time positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
