Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent food service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to company standards while maintaining high quality and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Manage customer orders efficiently with strong time management skills to ensure timely service Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively in various roles within the restaurant

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing order totals Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is a plus Experience in upselling or suggestive selling can contribute to success in this role

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
