We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment at FreshSlice Pizza. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food handling, and sanitation practices is beneficial. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
