Duties Range:

Assist in all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance.

-excavation and drainage

-grading and soil preparation

-patio and deck layout and construction

-tree planting

-bulk material haulage and equipment relocation

-flowerbed maintenance (pruning, weeding, mulching)

-use computerized landscape design software

Responsibilities

Work independently and in a team environment

Equipment competency or ability to learn loader and excavator operation.

willingness to improve their skillset with specialized equipment.

G license minimum with willingness to be trained on trailer, dump trucks, and upgrade licence to DZ, AZ or AZR in time.

The ability to work physically outside for long days in most weather conditions is crucial.

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and moving bulk materials.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and grow with the company.

Ability to read different measuring tools to calculate slope, estimate square footage, volume, etc.

Job Type:

full time- seasonal- optional winter work, apprenticeships and co-ops welcome.

Wage:

$20-26/hr depending on experience

Benefits and RRSP match program are available to full time employees.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Weekend work is optional.
