We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all products

Skills

Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Kitchen experience or prior food industry work is a plus Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance

Pay: $17.85-$27.43 per hour
