The Opportunity We are currently seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, Crew Members, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts, including evenings and weekends. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, making dough, making and cutting pizza as well as assisting customers at the front counter with their orders and pickups ensuring that brand standards are consistently met. Accountabilities As a Pizzeria Crew Member, you could be responsible for any or all duties that are outlined below depending on the shift you are scheduled for. Regardless of your shift, you will be responsible for; \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times \xc2\xb7 Receiving and/or taking orders from customers; in person, over the phone or through skip the dishes \xc2\xb7 Inputting customer orders in to Deliver Plus \xc2\xb7 Calling customers to confirm orders or notify them of any shortages of toppings \xc2\xb7 Dealing with customer questions and complaints \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a professional manner at all times \xc2\xb7 Consistently follow all pizzeria health and safety procedures \xc2\xb7 Make great pizzas! \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned Closing Shift: \xc2\xb7 closing the pizzeria includes but is not limited to; \xc2\xb7 locking all doors \xc2\xb7 closeout the register, deposit money into the safe and complete all cash work sheets \xc2\xb7 print all required daily reports and post information \xc2\xb7 close down makeline by rotating toppings and placing lids on each container \xc2\xb7 clean, sanitize and air-dray all emptied food containers, utensils, dough trays, etc. \xc2\xb7 down-stack all proofed dough balls ensuring they are all covered \xc2\xb7 clean the washroom and restock as needed (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) \xc2\xb7 wash down all tabletops, walls, counters, windows, customer counter, as well as all equipment \xc2\xb7 sweep and mop the floors \xc2\xb7 empty all garbage and recycling \xc2\xb7 set pizzeria alarm and lock up before leaving Qualifications \xc2\xb7 High school diploma/GED \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills \xc2\xb7 Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting, ingredient measurements, cash outs, etc. Working Conditions: \xc2\xb7 Capable of lifting 25lbs \xc2\xb7 Able to work on your feet for long periods of time \xc2\xb7 Able to operate kitchen equipment \xc2\xb7 You will be required to interact with all team members, management, vendors and our customers With 37 Topper\xe2\x80\x99s Pizzerias in Ontario, and growing, we are committed to hiring people who love what they do and are able to bring their natural talents to a team of individuals who believe that customer satisfaction, loyalty and providing the best-tasting pizza on time, are the key ingredients to on-going success!
