We are seeking energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of Lazeez Shawarma, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Handle food safely by following sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols at all times. Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering, cash transactions, and balancing registers. Assist with food industry tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards. Support team members in food preparation, quick service operations, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
