Job Description

Chica's Chicken is a family-owned, Michelin-awarded restaurant that has been bringing authentic Nashville hot chicken to Toronto since 2018.

We're looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual to join our experienced team as a Crew Member.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Take customer orders in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy. Assemble and pack orders for takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours. Keep service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
General Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both kitchen and front-of-house areas. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices. Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.

Skills:

Strong customer service, time management and teamwork abilities.

Attitude:

Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
