Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our restaurant. Your positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Operate the POS system for cash handling and processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
