Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in food service and customer interaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members and customers alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.85-$19.85 per hour
