Working within a fast paced restaurant, the Crew Member, reporting to the Manager or shift coordinator, is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Burger King. Crew Members will require a friendly personality, and maintain professionalism during both peak and slow periods.
Essential Functions:
Welcome all Guests into restaurant with friendly greeting.
Serve guests via front counter or drive thru promptly.
Adhere to Burger King Policies and Procedures.
Team collaboration to ensure all guests receive a positive experience
Clean, stock and organize restaurant as required or directed by Supervisor.
Perform essential kitchen duties to Burger King Standard.
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Friendly, outgoing, and goal oriented personality.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Maintain clean and organized work station.
Work effectively with other crew members.
Maintain general appearance as per Burger King Guidelines.
Work Environment:
Primarily indoor environment with occasional tasks outdoors.
Involves standing and walking for long periods of time without frequent rest periods (duration of shift).
Exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer and cooking sections of restaurant.
Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 40 pounds.
Requires frequent changes in body position (bending, stretching, etc).
