We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling. Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a courteous and efficient manner. Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Kitchen experience or serving background is advantageous.
