Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Experience with food preparation techniques is advantageous. Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
