Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with food handling duties, including packaging and serving food items. Support team members during busy periods by upselling menu items to enhance sales. Follow all safety procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Good understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours. Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities.
