Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day store operations
• Must be able to problem solve
• Must be customer service focused
• Be able to work in a team environment and have Interpersonal communication skills
• Must be honest and have integrity
• All other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

Requirements

• Retail or food experience preferred
• 1 year experience in a crew lead preferable
• Excellent communication and a strong interest in guest service
• Strong motivation for training and business results

We are looking for hard workers who can multi task in a fast paced environment, while maintaining standards. With the initiative to always look for new tasks.
