• Assist with the production of a variety of precast projects
• Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other tasks related to the production of precast concrete
• Prepared to work hands-on and receive on- the job training
• Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot problems and report to the supervisor

• Available to work day shifts with a consistent start time (end time may vary)
• Minimum 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding work for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints
• Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Local to central Alberta or willing to relocate

• Basic understanding of construction principles considered an asset
