Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Prepare food items according to company standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain health and safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Familiarity with cashiering systems or POS technology is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
