Job Overview:

As a Crew Member at Teriyaki Experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to our brand standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure customers enjoy a fast, friendly, and flavorful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner. Prepare and cook food following Teriyaki Experience's recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is presented properly and meets safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and workstations. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing restaurant supplies. Work as a team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
