Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer help. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food handling procedures is an asset. Experience with cashiering and cash handling is beneficial. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
