As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Follow time management practices to complete tasks within designated time frames.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are necessary.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
