Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation guidelines and ensuring proper food handling practices. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience with food preparation, serving, and cashiering is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
