Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience
Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Support upselling efforts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper cleaning procedures in all work areas
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety regulations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
Ability to maintain sanitation standards and follow health guidelines
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
