As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting customers as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
