We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and storage
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
Experience with cashiering or POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations is beneficial
