Overview

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs. Manage cash transactions accurately and handle cash safely during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces following food safety guidelines. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, managing time effectively during peak hours. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred; experience with food handling, serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and professionalism. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
