Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and safety protocols Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service Manage cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy Follow sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is beneficial Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is a plus Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
