Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with serving food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Manage time effectively during busy periods to meet customer demands while maintaining high-quality service. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
