Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs Manage cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and storage to ensure proper hygiene practices Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or carrying supplies as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$27.48 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
