NOTE : Shawarma experience required.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Engage with customers to promote menu items, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience. Handle cash and process payments efficiently while providing change as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Already had experience in Shawarma or Prior Restaurant experience in Canada work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
