Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the food industry, including cashiering, food handling, and sanitation. A background in restaurant or food service is preferred but not required; we value strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. The Crew Member will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience with cashiering systems such as Micros POS or similar POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
