Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation including but not limited to : Rolling Pitas, slicing and cutting vegetables and meat, weighing food, making smoothies, grilling vegetables and meat and following recipes
- Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Operate various equipment like grill, warmer, blender, vegetable chopper and knives
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Upsell menu items to customers
- Support other team members as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems is a plus
- Understanding of food safety practices is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
