We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain cash handling protocols.
Uphold food safety guidelines and sanitation practices in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
Assist with serving food to customers in a timely manner while promoting upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and utensils.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Experience with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The first two weeks of your training will be paid but in a smaller amount just as the starting. Once training is complete, you will be paid full minimum wage.
