You will be responsible for food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures as needed. Experience with food preparation and serving is a plus.
