Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a strong focus on food safety. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Manage cashier duties with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus Experience with cashiering or POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is desirable Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
