Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems for order processing and transactions Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times during food handling and preparation Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Support team members in various restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; restaurant experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative setting Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are desirable Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
