Job Summary

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for food preparation, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while providing friendly service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated Experience with food preparation, serving, and cashiering is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
