Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashier responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper handling and storage of food products Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Manage time effectively to ensure timely order preparation and service during peak hours Support team members in all aspects of restaurant operations as needed

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols preferred Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction management Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
