Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced food establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and accurately processing payments
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting, supporting fellow crew members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
