Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform routine cleaning tasks in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
