Your Mission

As a Crew Member, you'll be the heart of our Bonjour Bagel family. You'll prepare bagels, welcome customers, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a craving for another bagel).

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches, drinks, and sides with care and precision Welcome and serve customers with a friendly "Bonjour!" Take orders efficiently (in person and on delivery apps) Keep the workspace, equipment, and dining area clean and organized Follow food safety and hygiene standards Help the team wherever needed -- kitchen, counter, or customer service Participate in daily opening/closing tasks

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and team spirit Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Reliability and punctuality Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not required) Bonus points if you can pronounce croissantproperly
