Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Skills

Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong upselling skills to enhance customer experience. Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to help independently when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
