Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Help customers with their orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
