Absolute Home Services is a rapidly growing home services company dedicated to providing our clients with excellent service and quality work. We have divisions in painting, handyman services, and landscaping, with the goal of being a one-stop shop for our clients. We are looking to add an experienced crew leader to our Muskoka painting division, someone that is goal oriented, customer focused, and looking for a great opportunity to learn and grow within their position. Job purpose
- The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team of painters to achieve budgets, professional quality work and excellent customer service for residential and commercial customers throughout the Muskoka region.
- Work 40+ hours per week Monday to Friday from 8-6pm
- Communicate with the customer and project manager initially and ongoing
- Order and deliver supplies and materials to job sites
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 painters
- Ensure professional quality work is being completed
- Excellent customer service
- Paint on the jobs with the crew
- Achieve time and materials budgets
- 2- 5 years of Interior and exterior painting experience
- 2-5 years of management or leadership experience
- Valid driver\'s license
- Company car
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Exterior & Interior Painting: 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
