About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our growing team. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can lead by example on job sites.

Responsibilities:

Installation of all types of windows and doors Installation of vinyl siding and blending of metal finishes Framing and basic masonry work as needed for installations Finish carpentry with strong attention to detail Ensuring worksite cleanliness and safety at all times Working closely with Project Manager to ensure project accuracy and timelines Interpreting plans and measurements to complete installations accurately Following company procedures and safety standards throughout all work

Requirements:

At least 4 years of carpentry, framing, siding, welding experience

Previous experience in

installing prefabricated windows and doors

Current/valid driver's license and Clean Driver's Abstract Steel toed safety boots (CSA approved) Detail oriented and Troubleshooting Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details Ability to work as part of a team Must be able to manage time effectively and meet/beat deadlines Punctual and reliable
