Job Title: Crew Lead - Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter Company: Clean Team Property Services Ltd. Location: Calgary, AB Employment Type: Full Time Clean Team is a leading building maintenance and repair company serving luxury residential condo properties across Calgary and area. We are looking for a skilled crew lead with strong leadership qualities, experience in carpentry, drywall repair, drywall taping and painting. This role involves completing high-end repairs and renovations in occupied suites and common areas. Overseeing a small team to ensure high quality standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Provide feedback and coaching when necessary. Professionalism, reliability, and high attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities: o Perform repairs including drywall installation, drywall taping, texture matching, trim work, finish carpentry, and high-quality painting o Work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast paced environment o Communicate clearly and professionally with company management, property managers, board members, and residents o Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow site protocols o Accurately document completed work and materials used Requirements: o Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting in high end units o Strong references that confirm workmanship and reliability o Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between buildings o Professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and residents What We Offer: o Steady year-round work with established buildings o Competitive pay based on experience o A supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term growth o Benefits after successful completion of probationary period To apply, please send your resume and references to scott@cleanteamalberta.ca.
